Terms of use

Effective 22 August 2026.

What QueueZero is

QueueZero is a mobile ordering platform that lets Australian food trucks publish a menu and accept orders ahead of pickup. It is a technology platform: the truck is always the seller of the food. QueueZero does not prepare food, does not deliver orders, and does not verify the food-safety compliance of any vendor.

Paying for your order

Most trucks take payment at the window on collection. Some trucks turn on online prepay, where you pay by card when you order. When you prepay:

Vendor plans & pricing

Trucks subscribe to QueueZero. The plan is A$49 per month or A$490 per year (GST inclusive), with a 30-day free trial, and 0% fee on orders. During the current pilot, subscription enforcement is switched off, so the platform is free to use; vendors will get at least 30 days notice before any charge begins. Enabling online prepay additionally requires Stripe onboarding and QueueZero approval.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not offer a formal uptime guarantee during the pilot. If the platform is unavailable, please arrange collection direct with the truck.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where a truck is the seller, consumer guarantees for the food apply against the truck.
